Fracta, Data Scientist | 2016 - 2018
I was employee #4, initially hired to lead our robotics efforts. I found that using robotics to collect data would not scale, and we pivoted into building a machine-learning model to help water utilities predict future pipe failures. I developed Fracta’s ML algorithm with our CTO, and partnered with the Head of Product to build the analytics dashboard and map that helped water utilities plan future work.
My work on Fracta’s algorithm and dashboard resulted in $5 million in ARR across 15 utility customers. Fracta was acquired by Kurita Water Industries for $37 million in 2018.
CoverHound, Associate Product Manager | 2018 - 2019
I started my official Product Management journey at CoverHound, where I led integrations and growth for the SMB Insurance team. I built integrations for carriers like Chubb and Hiscox, allowing customers to get quoted and covered online, resulting in over $100K in policy purchases per month.
I also partnered with the UX team to run research sessions with small businesses, culminating in an insurance marketplace redesign that led to a 30% increase in user conversion.
Zynga, Senior Product Manager | 2019 - 2022
I joined Hit it Rich as a Product Manager, leading product development focusing on engagement and monetization for a $100M/year social casino game.
I launched several conversion-focused features, including new types of freemium sales utilizing psychological hooks, resulting in a ~20% lift in ARPU. I built several features targeting engagement and retention, like Daily Challenges and Casino Empire, leading to 5-15% lifts.
I was promoted to Senior Product Manager in 2021, after having successfully launched two “Bold Beat” features, along with many other smaller features, involving A/B testing and analysis.
Glean, Senior Product Manager | 2022 - 2023
I owned several different areas at Glean, including Growth, Platform, and several 0-1 initiatives. I built growth features focused on driving up activation and retention like improved invites in app and on Slack, generative AI features in Glean’s side bar, and an improved onboarding flow. Glean’s generative AI capabilities were powered by the integrations I built on the Platform team, giving employees access to all of their company’s knowledge.
I launched several 0-1 products including External Search, Customer Cards, and Code Search. My efforts on my teams and with these product launches led to millions in additional ARR from upsells and new customers.
